Our products can only be viewed by users who are members and approved by us. This is a method we use to offer special opportunities only to industry professionals and reliable business partners who purchase wholesale. Please apply for membership to view the products; we will evaluate it as soon as possible and get back to you.

You can fill out the membership form by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the home page. When your application is approved, you will be notified by e-mail.

Membership applications are usually reviewed within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once your approval process is complete.

To see wholesale prices, you must be a member and your membership must be approved. Approved members can see prices and product details.

We do not have any lower limit for order quantities. You can order 1 of each product. The maximum order quantity for 1 product is 100. This is a precaution we take to control our production density and not to victimize you in your orders. If you want to order more than 100 of 1 product , you can contact us and we will help you.

If the products in your order are in stock, they will be prepared and shipped immediately. If all or part of the order is out of stock, it will be taken into production and will be delivered to the cargo immediately when production is completed. We would like you to know that most of the time, the products are in stock. You can contact us to get more detailed information about the status of your order.

Our production process varies depending on the density and quantity. The duration is at least 2 business days and at most 14 business days. We work diligently to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. You can contact us for more detailed information about the production process.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery address. Shipments within Turkey are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. This time is 2-5 business days for the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union member countries, and may vary for other countries.

We work with contracted companies 'Yurtiçi Kargo' and 'MNG Kargo' within Turkey. For shipments outside of Turkey, we work with contracted cargo companies 'DHL', 'Fedex', 'UPS' and 'Ferrari'.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the order and the delivery area. Shipping costs are added to the order amount during checkout. Contact us for shipping costs, special shipping requests and more detailed information.

You can cancel your order before the production process starts, but unfortunately it is not possible to cancel orders that have been put into production. Contact customer service for details.

Absolutely yes, all our products go through quality control process. Among the basic principles of Toptan Gümüş Net, 'quality' is an unchanging element. We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.

Although this is not available for all products, we do offer custom design or personalization options on some products. If you would like a completely custom design product, please note that the minimum order quantity for this custom design product is 50. You can contact customer service for details.
